Hydraulic Press for Coil

Press your coil with us

Description

Coils for power transformers are designed with a specific winding height.

During the manufacturing, the coil’s height increase due to several reasons inherent to the
production processes.

To keep the height and stabilization of the transformers coils within defined parameters, the coil
must be pressed to achieve the desired height, applying the pressure defined in the design.

The hydraulic press model TPB80 manufactured in Italy by Tecnica80 was specially designed for
pressing and sizing transformers coils, satisfying the pressure defined in the design. It is an
essential machine for the production of power transformers coils.
