The Hydraulic Bender “Variable” Model L (90°) was designed to bend the CTCs and Straps to 90° with the different radius without damaging the copper wrapping paper.

For now there is only one type of Hydraulic Benders Model L (90°) :

L80V (Variable) is a unique and exclusive model which guarantee the bending of variable types of copper with the different radius, on the same tool, only by changing the adapters, it bends copper with the following dimensions: A min 10 mm, A max 75 mm, B min 5 mm, B max 30 mm, R 12.5, 20, 30, 45 mm.

Technical Information

Normally we provide our clients with the Pump Combination needed for Bender to start working. The pump should be connected to the compressed air at the factory of the client, at 8 bars, with a consumption of 340 L/Min. After the connection, the Hydraulic Bender is immediately operational. The pedal, which is installed directly on the pump, along with the manometer, is connected to the Bender via a high-pressure hose.

Generally Hydraulic Bender does not need any maintenance. The only one thing that is important – is to check the level of oil. The oil used by the hydraulic pump is ISO 46 hydraulic oil.

As well, we provide our clients with the Balancer. It is needed to make the job of the operator easier. So, operator shouldn’t keep it in hands all the time, because it is not very easy to keep such a tool in hands for long, it’s a bit heavy.
