Battery Cutter of Copper Straps

Description

Battery Cutter of Copper Straps (BCCS) was developed for burr-free cutting of copper straps without damaging them. The original name in Italian is Taglia Piattine Rame a Batteria. The tool consists of two parts: the head part, which is a special razor blade developed by our engineers, and the bottom part, which is a battery actuator by Klauke. Click to watch a YouTube video.

The dimensions of BCCS, can vary depending on the customer’s requirements, such as the width and thickness of their copper straps.

There are two types of BCCS:

Model Rectangular,

• PTP 3×18 which can cut straps with a maximum width of 15 mm and a maximum height of 3 mm.
• PTP 5×25 which can cut straps with a maximum width of 25 mm and a maximum height of 5 mm.
