The Hydraulic Benders Model S (Crossover) were designed to bend the CTCs and Straps to make perfect S shape, without damaging the copper wrapping paper. Watch the video on YouTube.

For now there are 6 types Hydraulic Benders Model S (Crossover):

S15 is the smallest, it bends copper with the following dimensions: A min 3 mm, A max 15 mm, B min 3 mm, B max 15 mm, L 15 mm, H min 1 mm, H max 8 m.

S15 Rotante is a unique and exclusive model which guarantee the bending of rotating copper straps at the same moment without damaging them, it bends copper with the following dimensions: A min 5 mm, A max 15 mm, B min 3 mm, B max 15 mm, L 40 mm, H min 1 mm, H max 8 m.

S30 Classic is a bestseller model, it bends copper with the following dimensions: A min 5 mm, A max 20 mm, B min 14 mm, B max 30 mm, L 55 mm, H min 1 mm, H max 20 m.

S30 Big bends copper with the following dimensions: A min 5 mm, A max 20 mm, B min 14 mm, B max 30 mm, L 65 mm, H min 1 mm, H max 20 m.

S30-40.70 is a unique and exclusive model, with variable dimension L, it bends copper with the following dimensions: A min 5 mm, A max 30 mm, B min 14 mm, B max 30 mm, L from 40 mm to 70 mm, H min 1 mm, H max 8 m.

S80 is the biggest, it bends copper with the following dimensions: A min 8 mm, A max 30 mm, B min 25 mm, B max 80 mm, L 65 mm, H min 1 mm, H max 8 m.

Technical Information

Normally we provide our clients with the Pump Combination needed for Bender to start working. The pump should be connected to the compressed air at the factory of the client, at 8 bars, with a consumption of 340 L/Min. After the connection, the Hydraulic Bender is immediately operational. The pedal, which is installed directly on the pump, along with the manometer, is connected to the Bender via a high-pressure hose.

Generally Hydraulic Bender does not need any maintenance. The only one thing that is important – is to check the level of oil. The oil used by the hydraulic pump is ISO 46 hydraulic oil.

As well, we provide our clients with the Balancer. It is needed to make the job of the operator easier. So, operator shouldn’t keep it in hands all the time, because it is not very easy to keep such a tool in hands for long, it’s a bit heavy.
