Hydraulic Core Stacking Table shortly – HCST.
HCST has been designed for the assembly of laminations with or without holes. It is equipped with strikers, pins, and millimeter striker to be assembled with the steplap system and with slots to bind the finished core before tipping it into a vertical position. The 90° platform tilting is powered by a hydraulic system.

We have studied a method of transferring the packed core with its own reinforcement from the
stacking platform on the 200T pallet with pneumatic transfer without the aid of the overhead crane,
proposing a complete packing island. The height from the ground of the stacking table will be
higher than the others that have a standard height.
The platform performs two functions:
– the first is to allow the construction of the transformer core, by manual stacking of the lamination
of which it is made;
– the second is to allow the transformer core to be tilted from the position of
assembly to the vertical position by means of the hydraulic device.
